Rebecca got into the postpartum doula world after leaving private education. She knew she wanted to continue serving and couldn't see herself behind a desk all day. After speaking with a friend, she found out about doula work and realized she had been doing it a long time, she just didn't realize it was a job and she could get paid for it.
Rebecca loves serving parents and families, helping them connect by taking care of the little details so both parent can rest, recover, and spend time with other children in the home. Another great perk of this works is Rebecca loves to be able to work her schedule around her own kids' activities. With Rebecca you get a caring heart who will always take care of your needs.

My three kids are all very different. Their birth and postpartum recoveries were very different as well. As a mom, I had an induction, natural (6 days late) with an epidural, and a c-section because of a breech baby. I get it. Birth is hard and you need to recover. Postpartum is a very delicate time in our lives and it is a privilege to take care of mothers during this time.
When I had my kids, my mom was still working full-time and wasn't able to come over regularly to help once my husband went back to work. When I had my 3rd kid, I had a rough time adjusting from 2 to 3 and know that others are in the same boat and could use the support I am able to give.
